      A Course in Miracles (ACIM) Study group: 

An ongoing study and discussion group for students of ACIM. We read passages from the Course and discuss their applications to our daily life. Geared for people who are familiar with the teachings and metaphysical principles.  Facilitated by Sue Mistretta, Student of ACIM for 22 years and student of Ken Wapnick, (founder of the Foundation for A Course in Miracles)

It is recommended that you attend the introductory workshop before attending the study group if you are unfamiliar the principles taught in the Course

 

   Introduction to A Course in Miracles: This workshop is designed to clarify some of it's basic teachings.  It is for people who are simply curious aboaut this remarkable set of books & spiritual path as well as those who want a deeper understanding of the metaphysical principles and it's teachings on forgiveness.   (10:30-12:30 pm)   Donation , Sue mistretta.

Circle of Self: Mandala Expressive  painting Workshop "Awakening the Heart"

Mandala’s are expressions of our Self –  a “sacred circle” to hold our innermost feelings, our deepest longings as well as our conflicts.  This circle of wholeness holds the paradox and mystery within our lives.

Loving acceptance opens us to our connection with life where we experience feelings of acceptance, compassion & inner peace. Through mindfulness, breath, inner inquiry, and expressive arts processes, we will explore what we hold in our hearts.  Our hearts have intuitive intelligence and knows what to do to heal and we can respond when we tune in and listen Each of us will create a mandala to express and symbolize our journey.

Chakra Expressions painting Workshop

We will engage in an intuitive & playful process of expressing our own chakra energy systems from root to crown and as an integrated whole by tuning in and exploring each one through expressive arts processes including movement, toning, breathing, visualizing, creative writing, and visual arts (painting, drawing, clay, collage, multimedia).  In a mindful way we will cultivate creative expresssion through self acceptance and non-judgement.   Facilitated by Sue Mistretta, M.A. 

 

 

 

      FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP

Family Constellations Therapy as taught by Bert Hellinger is a method of removing the impediments to the flow of love in your family and its soul.  This is an opportunity for you to break the chain of repeated patterns in your life.
